Base Stat :: Possible value between 1 and 1000

Your Health stat is a representation of your current state of well-being. If your character's Health is below his/her maximum, it is an indication that your character is wounded, sick, or otherwise not fully well. Exactly how badly wounded, deathly ill, or otherwise not well your character is depends on how far below maximum your character's Health score has been reduced. If your character's Health is at maximum, then they are free of sickness and/or injury.

Your Health stat can be damaged/reduced through taking damage in combat, through attempting to continue exerting actions while fatigued, or by various health affecting environmental effects (such as standing in a cloud of poisoned gas). Your Health stat can be healed/increased through receiving healing from a player using the Medical skill, using a 'healing bed', or through certain items available within the environment (such as foodstuffs).

In most environments, characters will not have a regeneration percentage that allows for full regeneration of Health through natural regeneration. Therefore, most characters will need to find a method of external healing (foodstuffs, use of Medical skill, healing bed, etc) if they are injured and wish to recover full Health.

Skills that effect your HEALTH stat are: Fast Healer, Constitution, Robust Health, and Other Blood.
