Base Stat :: Possible value between 1 and 1000

Your Mental stat is a representation of your available mental energy. If your character's Mental is below his/her maximum, it is an indication that your character has recently engaged in mentally taxing activity. Characters with a high Mental score are capable of achieving high skill levels in mental-based skills such as Magic, Medical, and Augment.

Your Mental stat can be damaged/reduced through performing Mental-based activities (such as casting spells), taking special damage in combat (from Mental affecting weapons), or from environmental effects (such as a Mental draining crystal). Your Mental stat is generally fully regenerated over time, but you can speed up the regeneration process through the use of various items (such as a mental regeneration potion).

Skills that affect your Mental stat are: Mystic and Studious.
