Robust Health (Misc)

As one of the eight stat-enhancing skills, Robust Health does not require a minimum stat value in order to be trained. For each rank trained in Robust Health, a character will increase their ability to naturally regenerate Health by 10%.
In most environments, characters do not fully regenerate Health over time, but rather must acquire some sort of external healing (such as the skills of a medic or the healing effects of foodstuffs) to complete their recovery from injury. The default natural regeneration of Health in RPS is set at 30% of total, though individual templates may vary. Each rank of Robust Health will increase this natural regeneration percentage by 10%, up to a total of 100%. If a character were to achieve 100% health regeneration prior to spending 4 points in Robust Health and then attempt to spend another point in the skill, RPS will return the spent Myth to the character and declare that no further training is necessary in this skill.
Example regeneration of a character with a natural 30% Health regeneration rate, 100 points of Health, and various ranks of Robust Health:
0 Skill = Regeneration up to 30 Health
1 Skill = Regeneration up to 40 Health
2 Skill = Regeneration up to 50 Health
3 Skill = Regeneration up to 60 Health
4 Skill = Regeneration up to 70 Health
