RPS had planned to add some new features to the system and release version 3.01.00 with this release cycle, but a full week of bedridden sickness prevented that.  3.00.11 is a bug-fix update that should serve as a bridge between 3.00.10 and 3.01.00.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
New Features:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Mental and Social will no longer regenerate while an avatar is running and/or flying.  These two stats will not reduce while running/flying, but will not regenerate either.  This change is being made in anticipation that it will discourage Mental/Social combatants from running during combat and therefore help to re-level the playing field with Physical combatants.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bug Fixes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Adjustment made to stat shifts for Nocturnal/Diurnal that will allow for automatic Health recovery whenever stats increase.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* In point-based environments, Other Blood rewarded Myth one-level greater than it should have.  This issue has been solved.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* In point-based environments, the Myth required to increase a skill by 1 rank sometimes reported incorrectly.  This issue has been solved.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Erroneous declaration of not having enough Stat to increase a skill has been solved.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Error in which Studious and Mystic showed up as restricted when Magic and Supernatural is restricted has been solved.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Some minor grammatical errors have been cleared up and some code redundancies cleaned.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Reported issue of HUD not returning from NonCombat Mode was investigated and no indication of any sort of bug whatsoever could be found.  If individuals have experienced this issue and have strong, detailed, and technical information on it - I would appreciate a notecard passed to me with such information.  As it now stands, I am forced to call the issue a false report made by individuals who do not understand that characters must remain in NonCombat Mode for a period of time after being defeated.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Reported issue of HUD losing all skills and stats when transferring from Tournament Mode back to RP Mode was similarly investigated without any issue found or ability to replicate the bug report.  Again, anyone with detailed technical knowledge of this issue is invited and encouraged to provide such information on a notecard and pass it my way.&lt;br /&gt;
